Dear reader,
A couple of weeks ago I suddenly got a twitchy right eyebrow. The sporadic sensation was accompanied by a general sensitivity to bright light and screens.

So, I did some online research. What was the culprit? Stress? Fatigue? Too much caffeine? None of those applied. In fact, I had been sleeping very well, enjoying low stress, and consuming the same amount of caffeine as I always did (2-3 teas and 1 coffee a day).
But it was like my body was trying to tell me something, because fatigue did set in a couple of days after the twitch began. Not sure what the cause was because nothing had changed in my day to day—but maybe I was rundown with something I wasn't even aware I had.
I took a full day off screens last Saturday, which helped a bunch, and the next few evenings I gave myself a long and gentle wind down routine before bed, helping me sleep properly.
I'm still getting the twitch now and again, but it's far less frequent than in used to be.
The screen sensitivity hasn’t helped with my writing, but if I’m being honest, my writing momentum has slowed in general—Perfectionism, plus being unhappy with certain plot points but not having any ideas for how to change them. Sigh.
On the K-drama front, I'm still watching Crazy Love. It's quite good! But I'm getting through it very slowly because I've also been playing more video games lately (T bought me Valkyria Chronicles 1 + 4 on Playstation. My new obssession!)
